To order transcripts from CUPA, please follow these steps :
1. Write to CUPA, PO Box 9611, N. Amherst, MA 01059.
2. Request the transcript and don’t forget to include your year and semester of participation.
3. For each transcript requested, include a stamped, addressed envelope.
4. Send $4.00 for each transcript, check to be made out to CUPA
Rush requests for transcripts cannot be honored, so please be sure we receive yours in a timely manner.
